Data Standards and Guidelines

We will work with you to create ISO14224, Data Standards and Guideline documentation. These standards enable Key Performance Indicators and consistent data reporting and analysis. Labour is supplied to perform the CMMS conversions and equipment taxonomy data cleanup to the agreed data standards.

Functional Location Hierarchy Structure and the Asset Registry

We analyze and resolve missing or incorrect equipment location tag data structures (parent / child relationships) by systems, as defined in engineering documents such as Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID's), Electrical Single Line Drawings, Building Layout Diagrams.

Standardize the Equipment Tag Location systems and naming conventions: Class, Function, End-Use, and the Asset Registry: Equipment Type, Make, Model, Serial and unique specification details

Physical on-site equipment asset audits will be performed upon request.

Equipment Location Tag and Asset Integrity Plans

An Asset Maintenance Strategy Document is created for each equipment type that contains the equipment failure modes, regulatory inspection requirements, risk mitigation maintenance tasks, references and details used to create the existing equipment maintenance programs. This document is referenced and updated on future asset maintenance analysis to document reasons for changes to a maintenance program.

Maintenance Strategies

We analyze and document maintenance strategies for each Equipment Location-Tag / Asset, and existing maintenance tasks.

RCM-Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis Complete

MTA-Maintenance Task Analysis Complete

PRT-Strategy Inherited from Parent Equipment

RTF-Run to Failure Strategy Applied

TBD-Strategy To Be Determined

Preventive Maintenance Programs

Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Programs, being single or sequenced maintenance tasks or job plans are created in your Computerized Maintenance Management system, be it SAP, Maximo, Avantis, JD Edwards, etc.

Bill of Materials

A Bill of Materials (BOM) is created to reserve or order parts and consumable materials for each equipment specific maintenance task or job plan.

Daily & Turnaround Planning / Scheduling

Station, Plant, and Refinery daily & turnaround services include: planning, scheduling and managing work, using your CMMS be it SAP, Maximo or other systems. Linked or unlinked scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) may also be utilized.

Inventory Rationalization

Once the Bills of Materials are linked to the maintenance tasks and maintenance programs, the materials demand planning reports can be generated. It is then possible to compare your annual planned maintenance materials, corrective maintenance consumables and  emergency spares for inventory rationalization.

CMMS & KPI Reports

We supply labour to develop and test any custom design report requirements, as well as any Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
